100% not. New Jersey does not accept any states CCW permits. Leave the gun home don't even bring it with you.

Understanding NJ gun laws is really easy. If you are from out of State, the answer is either:
(A) NO!, or
(B) So restrictive that it might as well be NO!

In the case of your specific question. NO!
We simply could not abide some individual from Free Territory coming here with a pistol and possibly shooting one of our criminals.

And, kind Sir, we would appreciate it if in the future you refrained from complementing the Sheeples Socialistic Commonwealth by describing it as either "fine" or a "State."

Sorry about the "fine" thing guys.

You are welcome to come down here though. Let me know and we'll go to the gun club with a truck full of guns while carrying multiple guns.

Thanks for the info.

The only way you can is if you are eligible under HR218.

First ACPD, beats your ass, then they bring you to me.....I am mean and nasty and the food sucks, we are loaded with disease.....oh and if the valet guy finds it...in your car as he was looking for stuff to steal....you get arrested, even HR 218 won't keep you from getting arrested in a casino, bad JuJu here!

Leave the gun home. Sorry to say but our government doesn't trust law abiding citizens with firearms. Don't bring it into the state.

Certainly on way to get your room and food comped.......not necessarily at one of the casinos, but in Atlantic county's jail.

Keep a Pic pen in your shirt pocket. Closest thing to a legal weapon that you can carry here in NJ.

I can't even carry my weapon on the casino floor. When I was a security supervisor in a casino, we were told that ACPD could not come on the floor with a weapon unless they were called. It is the worst part of NJ for guns.

That's why Concealed means CONCEALED .. seriously though, I never understood that "ONLY NJSP Gaming Unit can carry in the Casinos" Nonsense.IIRC if someone does spot you printing, the policy USED to be they would just escort you to the front desk and you'd put your piece into a safe deposit box until you left.

Because (pick one):
A. Gambling causes gun fights. Haven't you ever watched an old western movie?
B. Only 2 over-regulated practices are allowed in any one place in NJ. Casinos have gambling and alcohol. Therefore, no guns allowed.
C. Someone once complained "there aught to be a law" and the NJ State house obliged.
D. All of the above.

In NJ the 2nd amendment isn't a right, it's a privilege given by the state to those people who have done a 2-6 month background check.

There is no 2nd ammendment in NJ anymore, only gunlaws they haven't passed yet....
