I havent looked real hard yet, but I'm looking to find some "cheap" 1911 slides while I'm working in Alberta this fall. Anyone know of a source for Norinco slides ? Looks like I'll be in Edmonton for about 3 months and thought I'd start looking now.
TIA

Try Marstar. They sell Norinco handguns. Not sure if they sell slides.

If not Marstar, try Gunnar at Armco (http://www.armco-guns.com/)

Re-importing them back to the States might be a problem.

Except your state department considers it a restricted export item, so they might consider it the same way for import. Might wanna check with them too.

That's the case within the United States.

However, cross a border, jurisdiction goes from BAFTE to the State Department and whole different set of rules apply.
