My New AR for 3 gun

Just picked it up last week from the builder and am pleased with the turnout. Thanks goes to Wheaton Arms. Can't wait to burn some rounds this weekend and dial it in.

Nice! I'd take the rails off the handguard unless you plan on attaching stuff to them. I keep my 15.5" PRI naked.

Its a Wheaton In house break. For the handguard, I tend to agree about taking atleast the bottom and side rail off. The top is giving me a good return reference on where i like to hold. Hope to shoot it Saturday so we will see how it does.

I was over at Wheaton Arms a couple weeks ago and saw your rifle. If I left any drool marks, I'm sorry. Its a badass rifle and extreemly lite.

Looks like an Arrendondo.......... I have a couple and like them but if you run Pmags mags sure they fit...

You can file a little of the inside of the Arrendondo magwell at two specific points and it will then run anymag smoothly Il post a pic sometime. I own 4 guns with Arredondo's I did it to all of them.

very nice! not a huge fan of that stock, but that's just personal preference. i like everything else on it though!

Thanks for the compliments. Didn't get to shoot...pushed it off another week. The mag well is indeed an Arredando mag well. I had the lower sitting around and decided to use it. I will probably change it over to a one piece lower with aluminum mag well but this will do for now.
SGT, have you shot any of the Wheaton 3 guns? Looking forward to August.
