 Shooting gloves for winter?

I'm going to compete on Sunday and the weather is supposed to be COLD. What does everyone use for shooting gloves?

I know I can take my gloves off at the last minute and then put them back on, is that what everyone does?

Ideally I'd like thin gloves that give me enough dexterity and grip to shoot and load mags. When not doing that I'll stuff my gloved hands in heavier gloves.

I'd like to find something locally since there's not enough time to order ones online.

Any and all ideas welcome. Thanks!

Blackhawk makes a thin winter glove that I've been using until recently. After three winters I finally tore a giant hole in them, so they've lost some of their effectiveness, to say the least. I think they're something like 20 or 30 bucks for the pair.

I always take them off right before I shoot, and when I'm waiting for the SO/RO to give the LAMR command, I keep my finger tips under my arms to try and make sure that they're warm enough to safely manipulate the gun during the COF.

I've had good luck with Nomex flight gloves. Not necessarily the most high speed or expensive option, but they work well enough for me.

I have used the Mechanix gloves in a couple of 3 gun matches and they worked just fine, didn't keep me real warm but i wasn't cold either.

I just remove the heavy gloves and shoot bare handed.

They aren't tacticool, but I bought a pair of these and really like them:
