Get your names on the list at calguns.net now. The state of Utah is under pressure to stop issueing these permits to out of staters so take the class as soon as possible.

I read that to what will happen to those of us Non-Residents that already have the permit is what I want to know.

Nothing.
They aren't going to invalidate permits that have already been issued. If you read through the statute, there are specific "reasons" for suspension and revocation of permits. Simply ending the out of state instructor program is not one of them, nor will it be.

Well thats good otherwise I would have to take a class again to get another state Non Resident one because Wisconsin will not give us CCW here.
