The question was: "Do I need tactical kit for attendance?"
Answer: NO.
However if you have gear whether it's just a holster or a full compliment of SWAT Team issued gear for deployment or you are military we encourage you to bring it.
Train the way you play & Play the way you train.
ALSO
YES we will work with you to design a program that is more toward your agency needs. For example if you are seeking a TEMS program that is oriented to Basic medical leaving out the advanced skills we can tailor the course appropriately.
Same goes for a mission specific program The example being if your needs are are EP/PSD we have a curriculum that addresses that industry.
Our website has a down-loadable worksheet for just that purpose.
