Nice! Better than your word construction.

Cool! I like that you built it in 7.62X39. The shorter the barrel, the more you need mass to carry energy to the target.

Also nice that there are reliable drums to run in it.

That one started out as a M92 pistol that I used for parts to build an SBR on a Childers lower. Its actually more cost effective to do it that way than to build from a kit since kits have just about dried up and the whole gun is only $800 or so. I used the Childer receiver since its  already cut for the stock and has the notched rails aready . I used to be an 07/02 SOT and had to give up my license about 8 years ago when I moved into an area that didn't allow them for home businesses. I recently moved into a more friendly to firearms area and spent the last year getting everything set up to reup my license. HOA , County, City, State, Feds. paperwork from everyone. Sometimes its not as easy as it seems like it should be.  It all came together a few days ago . Now all the licensing and taxing people are happy . Drilled the third hole yesterday morning along with building a AR DIAS and an HK pack.

Awesome. Definitely helps that Childers includes the slotted rail.

Nice build!  I understand using a gun as a donor for a build.  Did something similar with a Draco...

I was surprised to find with my first Childers that it was fun-ready.
