What makes a kit country specific? Are there kits from one country that include parts from other countries, maybe after a re-arsenal?

Most kits I’ve bought and built were bought, demilled, and shipped from a certain country. Like Bulgarian, Romanian, etc

It’s possible they could be a mix of stuff, like the old PLO kits, or stuff from the Balkans where they had sort of a hodgepodge of everything being used, and sometimes parts could be cannibalized. But now it’s mostly state arsenals being cleared out, like Romanian and Polish, so they’ll be pretty specific to that country.
