Anyone have any experience or knowledge of the PSA AKs in x39 will cycle subsonics? Silver Bear or the new Hornady expanding subs?

The Russian 190 grain stuff I heard was meant for 16 inch barrels and shorter barrels may take some tinkering with springs and such to get it to cycle.
