I found a crap ton of 7.62x39 at a local gun shop, it's all in a white box marked

TCW AMMUNITION
7.62x39
Made in Russia
L.C.B. 122 gr. Hp

What is TCW? Is it tula? I've never seen this ammo before. It's all coated as well. Case is marked "TCW 7.62X39" and the rounds have that red stripe around the primer and where the projectile meets the case.

Has anyone had any experience with this ammo? Or know anything about it? Is it more of a "collectible" rare ammo or just some normal cheap steel case?

TCW = Tula Cartridge Works

L.C.B. 122gr. Hp = Lead Core Bullet 122 grain Hollow Point

Just another brand variation from Tula, like WOLF, Tulammo, etc. Not collectable. I wouldn't rely on the hollow point bullets to expand reliably. Most accounts show them to perform more or less like FMJ. Basic blasting ammunition, nothing special.
