I guess thats one heck of a 10/22. I would have put the money into something else, or at least a new gun, but hey, if you have the money anyway, why not.

Anyone have a 557 & a Larue po-boy setup? Mine is on the way & I'm curios to see wht the combo looks like.
From what I gather, I hear the 557/4x combo will compete with the ACOGs. having the BDC dots and a quick flip to side 4x would be the ideal setup for me.
Too bad the price is a little more than I want to swallow. |

I am going to shoot it for the first time tomorrow am. Ill let you know. |

Make sure you do! I haven't heard much about that gun at all. All I know is that it looks awesome and that it has an awesome ejection system. I've handled one at a gun show too. |

Recently I double checked to see if mine got in the way. I stated earlier that It wasn't a problem, however when you asked me I was curious if I missed something. I looked to see if it did get in the way and to my surprise, it did! When I have done to fix the problem is file it down. I took some files I had and filed a groove into the tightening ring, making the top rail continues. Its barley notice able when the EO covering it. I also plan on painting the filed area black. Over all it worked out well though. Ill post some pics here in a bit. |

Ive never seen a lower like that. Is it real? |
I saw the pics, I hope I did not make you do that! I was thinking about doing the same thing. But I bought a Larue mount which can move my Eotech out to where I want it. Although I would have prefered to mount it directly on the rail. |

Got any idea where you can buy the FTS mount your using? I don't want the whole set up, just the mount. |

I love the way the FS2000 looks. How do you like you like it? How do you think in compares to an AR? |
Wow those are pricy. LaRue make a (low) pivot mount for eotechs right? It's not on the website but I here you can order them. I think they are cheaper. $150 I think. |
No comparison, I would take it over an AR any day of the week. Superior IMHO. |

how reliable are they? How do you like the bull pup design? I've seen pictures of the bolt on those things and they look like something from a sci-fi movie. I've also heard they have a 17" barrel. When I got the chance to hold one I was impressed with how light they are. I told myself that it would be my next rifle, but I couldn't get passed the reasoning behind it. I thought they would feel like shooting an AR and basically be the same thing, because of the same round and all. What do you think? |
