Nice Rifle, now go shoot the shit out of it
Unless you are a tall guy, I would recommend a 2-point sling over a single-point sling. They are more comfortable, allow more positions, and won't hit your balls when you run. |
I like it but it needs more red, do the port door and the FA in red, maybe the LPK in red. Its not really balanced w/ so much black (the receivers) between the red stock, grip, and larue mount. Other than that its a nice setup "D

very sexy 'implement' for a zombie killer.......
me like very much..... |
Everyone's a critic. In a sea of black, tan, and green AR's the red is fanfuckingtasticly cool.
We have a guy out here that makes a convertible single point. I will add a quick detach to the left side of rails that will allow me to go from single point to 2 point in a flash. I also add a quick detach to the left shoulder of my vest. Then I can from single point snap rifle across my body in an old paratrooper configuration. Makes it possible to drive and jump in and out of vehicles hands free. When I get the set up, I'll do a post. |
You need a glass case to put it in and the words"BREAK IN CASE OF INFECTION"
Also the red is not good. everyyone knows that red attracts zombies and makes them more hostile. You need to go with the neon yellow or neon green. |
I think its awesome. All you need it a BUIS (which you have on the way) and a Surefire foregrip. Then it would be perfect. No need for a laser IMO, unless you get an IR laser and put and Eotech w/ night vision on it.
I need honest input on my new Zombie Killer.
I love the spec's, the red not so much. |
Absolutely! |
I give you big points for originality, but I would put an aimpoint on it instead.
It shocked me a little at first but it grew on me real quick. The longer I looked at it the more I liked it. I'm gonna go ahead and give it a wOOT!
mhm. you should get some of the nickel plated m855 bullets and load them in nickle plated brass for that silver bullet look.
If the BUIS you ordered won't fit a Troy BUIS might. Also what rail did you use? I looked at the parts list and didn't see it.
I'm in southeastern IN. Where are you located? |
Just don't drop it in a gut pile......could be a little hard to find. I like it.
Greenwood IN Surefire Rails. |
Nice stick, lets see it taking out some undead now... otherwise its not truly effective.
Lets go, get some pics up. |
I like the red! It almost looks like a slight maroon color, could be the flash doing it though.
I personally wouldn't use Red as the Furniture's Color, but pretty cool!
MoJo,
Where did you get that zombie literature? Can it be found on the web to print out or something? |
I like a "black rifle" but hey different strokes for different folks. I do like the zombie theme! Nice Job!
What pentagon(?) light is that?
Specifically what mount, can't tell from this angle. |
i have to admit, that red is bad ass on that rifle.
would be an awesome zombie slayer. |
According to the zombie survival guide, zombies can not see in color. Nice setup, but is 5.56 enough power for zombies? Slowing down perhaps, but if terrorists are getting up after two 5.56 rounds in the chest, I think zombies will walk right through this. Perhaps a 6.8SPC? |
Those are coming soon! Good sugestion! |
Head shots only for zombies! And thanks for clearing up the color issue. |
Very nice he . Otherwise, good job.
looks pretty bad ass to me. got the arms piece yet?
ap eta it's rare to see a four page thread without drama, guess killing zombies is the one thing all arfcomers agree on |
Yeah, I'm going to keep this thread going just 'cuz I like lookin' at it.
How about a red type of cammo job on the sweet rifle, also wheres the matching bayonet? Love the engravings that alone makes it one of a kind
Personally I'd only like gun to be all black. However, that looks great
+1 Again, what did you use to color in the engraving? BTW I got the Jolly Roger when TS was still in business.... Awesome looking build, RED PMAG w/ UMBRELLA CORP logo.... AWESOME, just AWESOME. |
Yeah! Nothing like a hot barrel slapping you across the nuts...... +1 on the two point.... |
I filled in the logo with automotive paint and gentle wiped the excess from the flats with a shop towel and paint thinner. It takes several applications, but gets results. Since the pics, I have done this process a few more times and the deffinition is looking even better.
Only thing I would do would be add a suppressor.
Other than that, it looks great. |
