I have this H&R "Prop of US govt", But if yours is different in any way (other than the serial) or you have a pic of the entire receiver showing any additional stampngs (like the typical mfg name, address above the FCG pins) I can certainly use it.

I posted one here, 2nd post from the bottom of the page, along with a full view of a GM/Hydramatic receiver.

HTH.

Glenn R.

How did I miss that one. Outstanding! That is an excellent pic of the GM hydramatic rcvr.
Got them, will add them. That makes about a total 50 more to add now. This is going to be huge!

Thanks Glenn!

Here's another one I didn't see.  It's an OD green Cav Arms Mk II lower with the same markings as the black Mk II you have.

ETA

Here is something else that may be of interest.  It is a black Cav Arms Mk II lower receiver with a SUR serial number prefix rather than the C prefix in the above OD green Mk II lower.

Just missing A Colt "Mod 02" and a few of the more obscure military M16's like GAU's etc ...

The Mod 01 pics above are sweet Came across a half dozen or so during our A2 conversion lowest was SN# 12xx or so; They make a goofy lookin M16A2

Still has the Eeeeeearly bolt catch and wedge charging handle, It's just missing the correct Green Furniture Is it a military property or privatly owned Class 3 ?

I was thinking that it might be a good addition to include some pictures of my newly re-cast Essential Arms pre-ban lower. Mr. Johnson @ Essential Arms was very helpful and replaced my old, beat-up, lower.

Left:

Right:

Notice the difference with the selector lever stops, as well as markings on the right side of the receiver which did not exist on the original EA cast lowers.

Hope this helps.

Hi everyone. Does anyone have any receiver pics of the Armalite M15 series ? I'm curious if
Armalite actually marks their A2 and A4 series with these different suffixes or are they all generically marked "M15".

So...  when are all the pics coming back?

I had heard this week (week of 1.3.05) at the soonest and more like the next. I think DR_ is nailing down a new host site

Looking forward to them myself, and hopefully they will rate tack-worthy with the site folks.

Errrrr,

Just what exactly is a recast lower?   A newly manufactured lower with the same s/n as the old one?   The same old lower that has somehow been refurbished?  or ???

Did you pay for this lower? if so, how much?

If it's not the same lower, why  get a cast one.   I have one (E.Arms) and it is an unusable P.O.S.,   I'd never  buy another one.
