Is it just me or are you cross-dominant?  (right hand, left eye dominant)

I can't answer for him, but I am right handed and I use my left eye for pistol shooting. I just get a much clearer picture that way.

Thanks for all the pics everyone!!  We finally set this thread on fire!!

I thought tools like this are not so uncommon in US. Full-auto weapons are a lot easier to own in US, arent they?

Not as easy as we'd like...we have to go through a $200 extra tax on every machinegun and then wait for about 6 months (or so I hear) to get one. They're also already very expensive. A full auto M16 lower alone is arund $10,000...

You can own them in some areas, but they are very expensive and require alot of government paperwork and approval first. Full Auto weapons and silencers are frowned upon in the US along with armor peircing ammunition, etc. (anything fun) It looks like things get worse over time.
The gun control advocates in the US would love to ban handguns and semi-auto rifles. Basically, I think they want to make us like Great Britain (or worse) as far as firearm laws.

I love that anti-tank rifle!! I bet that is a lot of fun to shoot.

This is a cool thread!

This may sound stupid but I think its interesting to see all the different ways people hold their gun to shoot it. Some really lean into it, others have their trigger arm way up others right next to their side. Even foot positioning is a bit different from person to person. I don't think you'd see that with any other guns.

I've also got to say that the paracord double mag deal is wicked looking...very nice job!

It is 12,7x108mm sniper rifle, the Eastern equivalent of ,50BMG. Czech Manufacture called FALCON and yes, it is a lot of fun to shoot.

Why do you use a gun to punch holes in paper? IT would be cheaper to use a hole punch. The reason I dress up becuase it isa tactical shoot not a ISPC three gun like those guy with alll the labels on them. I wanted to join the military but I could not, so I act like am in sometimes. Most of the time I wear shorts when I shoot.

What does it matter?  A lot of Tac matches are geared for issue gear - if someone wants to dress up a bit more - who cares...

You, Sir, are an idiot.

Every thread I see you show up in, you always pick a fight with someone and kill the vibe, or make a big thing out of some bullshit little issue or comment.

If someone wants to wear camo, then let him, and you dont need to say a damn thing.  Does it affect your life?  Does it stop you tugging yourself over the latest isue of 'Soldier of Fortune'?  No, it doesnt, does it.

Is that you in your avatar?  I know damn well its not.  If youre such a bad ass SF dude, then lets see your pics then, Rambo.  Otherwise, shut up and let the guys get on with it.

I bet over half of those 300 pound guys can rip you a new ass in about 10 seconds.

Dressing up is all part of the game we play when we play with our AR-15s. I honestly wish I had some tactical clothing, holsters and such but I cannot justify spending that much when it could go towards ammo.

We all dress up our AR-15's with goodies, Aimpoints, ACOGS, and sor forth. Dressing up in clothing is just an extension of dressing up our AR-15s.

Bomber,

Who makes the sites that are on your HK tactical in the last pic?

Thanks

Sorry for the delayed response. They are Truglo Fiber optic/tritium sights. You get the same sight picture day and night. Highly recommended.

I have no probs with anyone wearing camo on the range but all the high speed gear really makes me laugh if you aren't LE or Military. I have seen guys wearing knee and elbow pads as well as tac vests loaded to the gills with everything you need for going to war and never go beyond a standing position. The only real tactical item I wear is a 5.11 vest.

Well, it took until the sixth page, but I think this thread is officially going downhill now.

Debate if you must about camo or what not, but it would be great if this thread could get back to pictures of ARs in action.

Do what you want.......

Here's from a week ago at camp. We had paper targets and a ton of water bottle type targets just for the big splooosh factor.

2 Bushmasters and a Colt. It doesn't get much better than that
