I thought everyone was already protected while this unconstitutional ruling was being appealed.

Or maybe I am getting it mixed up with the FRT? So basically, all the members of the major gun orgs, all the state employee's of Texas, and everyone that purchased from Maxim are protected? Washington Gun Law had said he had spoken with ATF agents at SHOT SHOW, and they are not actively pursing brace cases right now anyway. |

Then when they found out their members actually CARED about the topic they asked to get on but were told to pound sand, so they filed their own suit and this is the result. There was already a national injunction in place by the time the NRA's suit got to a judge, but it is good to see another judge come to the same conclusion. Makes it even tougher for AFT to respond. |
