Sorry just now seeing this, Thats exactly right its a sling keeper. I actually bought the lower with it on it and haven't really put it to use yet but do plan on keeping it on there and trying it out.

Well they are using mk5's on the mod1s in the sniper comps now so maybe it will cross reference

Later on I'm going to change the barrel to a precision medium contour barrel.

I have the same can. Thought it might be a shorter barrel with a midway mount. I’m looking to do a 15.1 recce barrel on a 13.5” rail until KAC RAS longs become available again and was considering using the midway mount for the short term. Thanks

Current one I'm working on.

Can't decide if I want the bipod or not. If I put it further back, the gasblock is in the way, further forward and it becomes unwieldy, but the mount makes a good hand stop to index for thumb over top light activation

Waiting for my PA 2.5-10x to show up so I can finally test fire it.

I've been enjoying it larping around the house and yard. The low end is like their 3x micro, but with a bigger donut. Beats the Viper 1-6x I used to rock on another build for the same weight.

I need to get some more 68gr loads so I can make a range trip worth it. I would like to do more shooting than just zeroing it

Yeah I had a Razor 1-6 on it and for the same weight I could get this 2.5-10, made sense to me.

Next up full power laser would love a raid but think ill have to wait a bit before I can make that happen.

Thanks man! Waiting for a little warmer weather to rattle can it. Previous owner had it cerakoted in the battleworn which I’m not a fan of so $5 in paint should get it perfect. Can’t wait to get it zeroed too.
