Well, I’m back from the Tulsa gun show, and found plenty of deals, including retro AR/M16 parts.  Here is what I found:

Complete 604 barrelled upper with “MP C” barrel
3 Colt M16 uppers
Colt/Armalite Delft 601 Scope Mount
Colt Arms Scope Mount
New in the box Colt Scope (for less $ than the cost of the Brownell’s copy)
AR180 20 round mag

Unfortunately, this show I missed more good deals than I got.  Here are deals that other collectors found:

$2300 Colt SP1 with minty Original Green 601 Furniture on it
$2500 Mint set of Original Colt Green 601 Furniture Set
$1800 Original Colt 601 Green Handled Bayonet
$1200 4 Original Colt/Armalite 601 Waffle Mags
$1200 Complete Colt 602 Barreled Upper
$8500 Minty Colt 3-digit serial number 1964 SP1 #00786

You did better than I did. Left with only a Colt locking ring. Really wanted to find a nice C7 upper by itself. Starting to regret passing on a C7 upper with a 20” barrel.

Saw a table where the guy claimed his gray uppers were leftovers from Colts recent retro run. Tried to go back and find the table again,  but never could. Did you happen to see it?

Awesome!  I’m gonna be in the market for a set of 601 handguards and 601 buttstock soon since I just sent my 601 Magwell and an 80% off to JB yesterday for welding

What would a four digit SP1 sell for? Or what's it round about value?

DAMN YOU!!!!!!  I was trying to get that haul, through a friend, but it never materialized...

Did you get a clean set of 601 handguards?  Score!

300 ea is a "good deal" for a waffle mag now? When buying them in a group of four?

There was a guy there with 2 1965 models. Both correct and stock. One was essentially mint and one was very good but had holes on the carry handle from some sort of mount. They sold for 4K and 3k.
