Below are SOLGW labeled mags. They are apparently made by Duramag and are stainless. One reviewer claims they went through more quality control than the regular Duramags. Could that be true?

Extra quality control could be as simple as some armorer at the Sons of Liberty shop taking a break away from rifle assembly with a Brownells feed lip gauge running through mags before they ship out. Go for it if you like the custom marked floorplate but don't think Duramag uses different machinery or production process for it.

Sounds like a way to charge more for the same product.
Like Colt marked 5.56 mags forever when you could buy Okay industries mags for half the price. |
