What's the consensus on the Turan 5.56 M193?

I'm thinking of picking up 100-500 rounds of this stuff from 2A Ammunitions, just out of curiosity.

Depending on the price I would rather have a better brand than Turan.
I have no experience with that brand but other brands have a long history of good ammo behind them.
Here's some decent deals for you.
I ordered some from here and it came well packed and fairly quick too.
PMC bronze .223
PMC X-tac 5.56

After looking at their site, I'm kind if hesitant because of all the misspelled words.

Wasn’t the ZQI Turk ammo too, and blew up more than a few 7.62 guns.

This may sound dumb ... but I'm trying to collect .223/5.56 ammo manufactured from different parts of the world.

So Turkish, chinese, korean (pmc), etc.

Any other suggestions? Mexico is Aguila.

Magtech is Brazilian, though they're now part of the same parent company as MEN and S&B.

DSArms and PSA sell Indian 5.56 but both are currently out of stock.

Igman is Bosnian.

Wolf WM193 is Taiwanese.

I read about one specific lot that blew up at least one gun.

    Do you have anymore info?

He might be thinking of ZSR Turkish ammo. I'm not aware of ZQI destroying guns, but ZSR yes.

OP where is Turan M193 available? I'll test it :D

Believe it has a mild steel jacket so will not fragment.  Pass for me.

    Turan is Turk.

It's copper jacket with a lead core.

It's CuZn10. 10% zinc. No idea if that affects fragmentation.

That's standard for copper jackets. just about every "NATO" spec FMJ is going to be CuZn10 mix copper. CuZn30 is standard for Brass casings.
