A person on another forum bought this AR. What the hell kind of upper does it have, I've never seen a front sight like that.
A Brownell barrel with an airsoft front sight?

Being brownells, looks like the barrel is a take-off from their "Proto" rifle, or maybe they just sold the barrel assemblies at some point?

Nice looking clamp on style fsb to me. Wish they made it look closer to standard size.

1-12" bore. Been a while since I've seen that. Is that a retro offering?

Later it was sold as a barrel assy. with FSB and barrel nut/slip ring assy. during liquidation sales. Lastly, just the stripped barrel was sold until about a year ago. The front sight base was never available separately from Brownells. |
