I am looking for an 8.6 BLK suppressor, 16” gas gun, subsonic only. The one that I am leaning towards is the YHM R9. Any advice will be appreciated.

If it’s a dedicated 8.6blk suppressor, no real point in going subsonic only might as well go Q. Do you have other suppressors. Do you want this to work on anything else. Otherwise if truly sub only then that opens it up to almost any 9mm suppressor.

I've only shot my 8.6 with two cans, but hundreds of rounds so far factory and handloaded. First my trusty Hybrid 46 with a HB 9mm front cap and a Plan A. I was pretty happy with it sounded good. Then my Porq Chop was approved, and it is on another level. I'm super pleased with it, its pretty light and just sounds amazing on my 8" Remage. I shot the Hybrid a ton with supers initially when the barrel was 12", but I decided to keep it sub only and cut back so I didn't put any supers through the PC to compare.

I got a Rex Silentium Mod X 338 for my 8.6blk, still don't have the gun but it's coming.

It may see some use on a 7.5” 300 BLK. Only other can I have is a lunar 45.
