Sorry, in this day in age I feel like I need to jump on powder even if it isn't ideal.

Is 2700 to slow? I'm just looking for 150s at 2800 or 165 at 2700fps.

Last year I experimented with 760 and got good results. 2moa from field positions with 150gr so at 2815fps

Look at the burn rate chart
in same neighborhood.
Look at the Hodgdon online powder guide.  They do not list with with the M1 Garand loads.
But, I have always had good luck with M1 Garand loads with tried and true IMR4064.  But, that is hard to find.  And, prices have
skyrocketed!
BL C-2 is listed and is readily available.
