Ok got the majority of the rail designed thanks to the assistance of Subpar's rail, going to start work on the other versions (8 inch, legacy versions). Next step is to send quotes out for the extrusions. Here is a teaser pic for you fellas.

im in for an 8" legacy, currently trying to dispute the charges with paypal from altrd since it doesn't look like that will ever happen. hope I get my refund.

After 6 months you're out the money. You can still dispute with your CC company if you used that via PayPal, but PayPal will shutdown your account with them if you go this route. |

Thanks to 13Friday who graciously sent me his legacy rail to get the measurements, I now have the legacy 3d model completed and I'm working on the rail sections he sent as well. Currently trying to get an extrusion company on board to get the extrusion blanks done. Working on the 8 inch variants of both version then I will tackle the rattler version.

I filed a paypal claim, for evidence said I reached out to them in the past before their site went down and got no response (true), then escalated the claim a week after because they didn't respond to my paypal dispute either, paypal eventually said I was getting my money back.

Gotcha....you went thru paypal and not from ALTRD. I filed a claim myself with PayPal, but since it had been so long, they said there was nothing I could do. Couldn't even escalate it as I tried. Thats good that you're getting your money back though.... |
