My estimated ship date was 5/9. I see the label was actually created 5/7 and still nothing. It’s gotta be kinda frustrating when CA works so hard on the whole process and in the end it’s up to others to be as diligent

Devils advocate but that's only 2 full business days, I'd give them another day or two. |

Interesting email from Capital Armory yesterday concerning the cadence issue-
Hello, I am reaching out in regards to the eforms suffix issue, unfortunately they have not fixed it yet, but they expect the fix to be live in the next few days. Once we know it is fixed, we will send out a follow up email for you to go ahead and call us to certify. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, Sandi |

Received email last night from Capital Armory-
Good Afternoon, The ATF has put in a fix for the suffix problem. We are still having some issues with some forms, but others are going through. One of our regular certifiers is going to reach out to everyone, but if you would like you can also try giving us a call. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, Sandi Called this morning, got through immediately, 5 minutes later eform went through and I had an email from ATF saying my form is "Submitted, in Process". NOW the waiting game starts. We'll see how quick it goes through. |

I posted about my denial exactly one month ago, due to an ATF clerical error.
I am very happy to report that Capitol quickly turned around getting my application resubmitted, and I received approval yesterday afternoon. Now it is in the final review at Capitol, and then on to my Sheriff. |

So, what do I do now ? Called to certify this morning and with my luck, the eform site had an error. The gal took my number and that was it.
Do I call again tomorrow and re-attempt to certify ? |

On my last certify I had a problem where a bunch of the questions weren't showing up on the form. The guy said it had been happening randomly to some people. He tried closing and reopening the form a few times. I told him I'd call back the next day. When I called back, everything went as smooth as silk. |

My eform has been approved. 24 hours! Never thought I'd see the time the ATF gave up on slowing down applications. Now on to shipping I suppose. |

Now you'll have a Docusign 4473 (select your CLEO from the list CA provides) and you'll need to scan your ID and upload it. Once you submit that, it should be 3 or four weeks for the CLEO wait time and shipping the can to you. |

Here’s a timeline for all interested in the process. Little over a month and I’m thrilled with how easy it was being that my closest NFA dealer would be about 75 miles away from me. I just purchased a Titanium 22 can as well last week and still waiting to certify that. Signed the forms 5/8 and still waiting for the certification on that one.

I did the individual. No trust. Be my forth can. No one in my family is much interested and my wife will sell them all when I'm gone.

Almost tested this last night when I got an in stock notification for a Diligent Defense Enticer S. However, the price was $100 higher than MSRP. @Joshua_CapitolArmory did Diligent Defense have a price increase? Should I be expecting to pay $600 ish instead of $500 ish now?

I did a docusign form 4 on 05/10 and have not heard since. Is that normal? I thought I had to "certify" involving a screen share and phone call.
Fingerprints arrived prior to the docusign. |

Fingerprint kit delivered Jan 10 Fingerprints mailed Jan 11 Fingerprints uploaded Jan 19 ATF Form 4 DocuSigned Jan 19 Eform4 officially submitted Jan 22 Approved May 6 4473 signed and approved May 7 Not really sure what happened next, but got CLEO notification email May 13, then received 'your order will ship soon' on May 17. Then UPS tried to deliver the package on May 17. I wasn't home so it was held at UPS Access Point. I picked up order on May 20. From card swipe to in hand in ~4.5 months |

I emailed CA about it and they said Idaho is having some sort of issue with the ATF holding up electronic certifications that they are hoping to resolve in the next couple days I want to buy a few more suppressors, but I'm holding off on this until there is hopefully a resolution... I got burned before on WA's issues when they passed the SBR legalization law and then the ATF denied the form 1s due to flaws in the state law. I'm not sure what the issue is here with Idaho exactly |

no it never gets easier I am afraid.....and now that the nfa has crazy approval times that makes it worse. But I will still use CA. it's a god send for people like me that have no sot or class 3 dealers around. the one that is I refuse to give buisness to. now I need to decide what I want for my upcoming birthday.. Joshua is it the same process for SBR? form 4 and then shipped to local then shipped to me...
