IIRC my mixture was. 11/1 or 12/1
I think many use 10/1
Alchohol/lanolin

I like 10:1 But I do have a bottle mixed up at 20:1 for sizing pistol cases. Just give it 1 or 2 squirts and run them through the press. I do this for processing only. I will do several thousand at a time and anything that reduces effort helps.

I use the red bottle of HEET for the alcohol.

I've had issues with the cases staying sticky and powder sticking inside.

I tried dry tumbling and then I get media stuck in the primer pocket and case.

Is my lanolin to alcohol ratio too much?

Possibly. 10:1 is about as concentrated as you need.

For me, getting the lube off is about using the small grit corn comb (won’t stick in primer pockets or flash holes) without any additives and tumbling long enough. Some guys say they only tumble 20 min or so. That doesn’t work for me, I typically need 1.5-2.0 hours to make sure the cases are clean. I also visually inspect each case before loading, as sometimes there are small amounts of corn cob hung up in the cases still.
