I have used eforms for a couple of Form 1s, so I have an account/log in. I bought a silencer and it went form 3 to a local SOT. The SOT has not used eforms before.
Can someone walk us through how to proceed? I have the responsible person forms, trust, eft prints and pictures ready to go. Who starts the form? Do we have to be sitting at same computer, or just log in to the form to add our parts? Any help is greatly appreciated. |

Not real sure on your situation...But I did the Electronic Fingerprints at my Dealer, I filled out all the Forms I could on my Computer.. Once he had the Suppressor in hand..We did the Certification and Filing VIA of a Computer Link from his Computer to mine.. Not sure if any of that helps..I did a Single Shot Trust..

The FFL/SOT who has your firearm will have to create an eForms account. Instructions for FFL's are at https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/20230925eformsregistrationinstructions508pdf/download
To do the actual transfer you will both need to be sitting at the same computer to eSign the form. |

The last three I did worked like this. Much better than going to SilencerShop, that was mostly the dealers fault. |
