I've been on a quest for a flow through 30 cal can for a bit now, already having a 762-RC2. Been looking at flow 762 ti (ideally wait for a non-ti version) or CAT ODB.  However, just looked into the SLX line from Sig and it seems to check all the boxes for me.  The main one that I am considering now is the SLX762C, but there is little to no info on the SLX cans.  Anyone here run them and can comment on sound/build/feel etc?

No idea.  Have never seen any out in the wild, nor have I ever seen one in stock online.

Shooting a SLX556C side by side with an HX-QD 556K they sound nearly identical while on the firing line about a meter off.  The HX-QD 556K *might* be a touch quieter.

I have most of them. They are solid performers and are made very well. The SLH300 is my favorite for 300blk.  The SLX762 is great for supersonic rounds.

The are a bit pricier and heavier than I would like, but otherwise I’m a fan. The mounting system is one of my favorites.

Have you run the 762C-QD on a 556 gun? If so how does it sound.

I don’t think that sound performance is good for the money.  Like Goloud said the mount is really nice but it weighs a good bit, and thats kind of the hidden cost of the mount.

Durable loud cans with nice mounts.

The full size seems pretty hefty, but the 762C seems to meet all the needs I have.  The 762C weights 12.6oz for an inconel can at just over 5 inches. Sound isn't my main focus, but blowback for running on the piece of shit 7.62 Bren 2, and maybe a couple of other 30cal gas guns.  The 762 weights 12.6oz for an inconel can at just over 5 inches.

You know kns makes a pretty great adjustable gas regulator for the Bren 2.
