I have a question - what case is that? it looks awesome. is it this one? www.cheaperthandirt.com/MOLLE204-63753-888.html Also you should know that i havent even received my GSG5 yet but i've already ordered the foreend and stock just like yours, its just so magnificent looking!! I'll get the retractable stock later to be more authentic :) |

That case from Cheaper than dirt is an excellent case I bought 2 of them. Lots of storage space and fits the GSG5 perfectly.

The case is the double gun case from 5.11, I got it through LA Police Gear. |

You only shot like 17-18 rounds out of a 22-24 round mag. What gives? |

What product did you use to color the Logo?
Most people use a china marker. Those who can't find one tend to use a crayon. |
I used model enamel (sp) paint. I colored it in then wiped off the excess. Then I used break free to get the red stain off the metal. Break free doesn't hurt the finish, but it will take off enamal paint. I had a thread about how to do it with pics, but you'll have to search for it. I've done it with some of my AR's, and its stayed on there well over a year with alot of range time. |

Can anyone with a collapsible stock measure how long the gun is when the stock is closed? Want to know that it's at least 26" to make it legal in the great republic of Californistan. Thanks
The Classic Army Collapsible stock is over 26" when closed. IIRC, it is somewhere on the order of 26.5". Like you, I liive in Cali. I just mounted one of these on my GSG-5 last night. I'm at work, so I can't give you an exact measurement at the moment. |

This is my first post, So I present My GSG-5 & Current Equipment:
*Trijicon Reflex Sight *NcTacStar HK Mount *Blackhawk MP5 3point sling *04 GSG-5 Magazines (Pinned to 20 Rounds) *Houge Slip On Rubber Grip *Red Sharpie Paint pen for the logo and Selector Lever *Insight Tech. M6 Light & laser Combo w/ Pressure pad (Yet to be mounted) *Bulldog Carbine Case http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q35/kotowski139/HPIM0404.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q35/kotowski139/HPIM0456.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q35/kotowski139/HPIM0473.jpg Extra: I have had it to the range twice now 1500 rounds + rounds through it. The weapon works great, although I had one failure to feed due to a round standing straight up in the magazine, and a stove pipe. I am using the Walmart 550Pack of Federal. |

What's the deal with these things? They look like plastic toys. Are they metal construction? How similar are they to the real deal?

Here's mine:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v654/glock26ph/07012008087.jpg Added a G&P aimpoint clone, hope it can be zeroed (will bring it to the range tomorrow), a handgrip with flashlight and a universal 3 point sling. Was thinking of getting a folding stock but I kinda liked the look of the fixed stock with the flashlight hand grip. |

What rail system did you put on it? |
