This popped up in my feed today.  Not earth shattering information, but he does a really good job of explaining the intricacies of the bandoliers.  I did learn a neat trick about using a bungee cord to make it a quick and dirty chest rig. It’s 15 minutes, but he really nails the details.

Cool video. I'd seen one that was talking about the 4-mag pouch, but not the 6-mag or its integration into the assault pack.

Lol, yeah. Thanks to the video OP posted, I kind of went down a rabbit hole, starting with his channel.

Neat.  Very familiar with the disposable bandoliers, but less so with the 6 mag version, even thought I've had several for years.  We never really used 'em, just got 'em from CIF and turned them in later.  Good info to have.

The Brit ones were great, better then the US ones,  I still have a nice stash of them.

Shame you can’t find the M8 bandoleers cheap.

Very nice, OP.  14 years in the Army & never knew what the buttons in my assault pack were for.  MEPS told me everything I needed to know about the Army I'd learn in my 1st 18 months of weekend instruction, lol.
