I finally found some on the shelf.  Will be loading Barnes TSX 647 for some tack drivers.  Anyone offer some advice on this powder?  It's my first time with it.  So far been using WC867 (too temp sensitive) for 650's and R50 for 750 and up.

I would start out at about 215 grs. and work up from there. Watch for pressure signs as you work up your loads.

Are you loading them for hunting?

I've heard that round works pretty well on hogs and deer.

For now I just want to see what I can get out of my rifle.  That virgin WC867 that Wideners sold years back drills them nice but the temp has to be just right.  I'd like to have a few rounds always loaded that I don't have to worry about temp.  Since H50 is an "extreme" powder, I'm hoping I get similar accuracy I enjoy with Varget in my smaller calibers.
