I THINK this Cat-45 is from the late 80's but a super light polymer gun. they made several calibers but this one is .45. single stack, ugly but light, and always went bang.

Doc View Quote At one point I had a good start on a collection of all of the oversized autoloaders. Pared down quite a bit in that category after losing interest once I had finished playing with them for awhile. The Desert Eagle was the first to go, despite having .357, 44 and .50AE barrels for it. Just that little bit too big and clumsy in the hands. The Coonan was next and the magazine situation was a good chunk of why it went. Although the .357 kit for the LAR Grizzly took away a lot of the point of having both. I have a number of magazines for .45 Win Mag, but now I'm stuck with only one .357 Grizzly magazine (as well as only one 10mm one, but that's another story), so I might have jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire with that decision. Edited to add: Grizzly.357 floorplate markings Attached File .357 conversation barrel markings Attached File And since this seems like the thread to post these in... Attached File |
