Which of these two ~$1k semi auto tactical shotguns is best?  They seem to be direct competitors, and reviewers have raved about both.  The 940 has a vastly improved gas system over the 930, and people have been singing it's praises (not to mention it's the shotgun of choice for the best shooter in the world).  The A300 gas system is tried and true, and has a lot of fans as well.  The 940 comes with a load of tactical features standard (loading port, charging handle, RMR receiver mount, etc.  The gas system components also come with a nickel teflon coating.  I believe the A300's components are uncoated (unlike the 1301) as a cost cutting measure.  The 940 is also threaded for chokes so has a lot more versatility, and greatly extended range with regular buck and shot.

Anyone have experience with both?  I have no experience with either, but would love to see a head to head match up / comparison.
