My Google fu is weak. I can’t remember if it’s a Duraflex of National Moulding brand. It allows you to put a cord in to act as a quick release. I can’t remember the name of it to try and search for it. TIA

There is some Limey on ebay that has them. "Contact-Left" I believe.

That Buckle is made for the Army MSV Plate carrier it connects to the quick release cable not sure of replacement buckles or parts that are availible right now.....
