I just won a JC Higgins model 80 (High Standard Duramatic) on GB. The seller is a private citizen, but he is shipping it via an FFL. How do I log it in? From the guy or the dealer? I have a copy of the dealer's license.

Log it from the dealer/FFL because it got transferred into their books before shipping.

Log it in from the shipping FFL.
The other FFL had to put it on his books to ship it, so you're receiving it from that FFL. |
