The last time I encountered Swiss barrels was I think Pac-Nor made one for a customer who gave them the specs from an OG barrel.

Honey Creek Manufacturing is now making nice repro STGW57/PE57 barrels is 7.5x55 Swiss. They have one on GB as we speak. Search for "New Sig 7.5 Stgw57 Pe57 Stg57 Barrel Hammer Forged Nitrided". It ain't gonna be cheap. The current bid is $2425 with 3+ days to go.
