Ares patent on the Shrike/MCR was awarded in 2006 and doesn’t expire until 2029.
I doubt these can be imported until after the patent expires. |

I emailed them last year and was told they didnt do direct US sales and had an exclusive import deal with .....either a landscape company or a small indoor range in OK. I'll have to find the email to the name, but it didnt seem like either business was a viable importer.
ETA: "System Defence has an exclusive importer in USA. if you interested with our products. You should contact with SHAWNEE OUTDOOR LLC" I replied with a request for Shawnee Outdoor LLC's contact info and never got a reply. |

System Defence is a Turkish front corp. essentially. Their take seems to be a military purpose-driven, open-bolt version of the MCR.

Ok so if this guy Geoff held patents on belt fed AR uppers, how did Valkyrie Arms get theirs built?
