Yeah I'm wary of putting a bunch of stuff on it. Hopefully the sidesaddle won't add too much weight as to make it unreliable without magnum rounds. Besides the sidesaddle, the only thing I'm going to do to is add that oversized GG&G bolthandle you mentioned and probably a sling.

I keep it handy... for close encounters.

Have you checked 3GunGear? They make great elastic shell carriers. I have a sidesaddle on the left side of my receiver.

Only addition to it is the TacStar Side Saddle, Heat Shield, and the forgrip. I like the rail because it provides better grip. It's what I keep in my patrol car.
