I believe I need to fill in a disposition for all the remaining firearms on my books before I send in the book.
What is the wording I should use? I'm a sole proprietor so I will be logging them out to myself. Thanks. |

Way back in the day I just logged them out to me as disposed to...I also called myself in on 4473

As a SP, I believe you can just put something like "transferred to personal collection."
Thats what my IOI showed me but said "you can't do that cuz your an LLC" |

I was a LLC and that was an issue back then Transfers from an LLC to the member have to be done on a 4473 as the LLC is a separate entity from the member. SP just log it to personal collection and call it done. |
