Does anyone make a 10/22 Bull Barrel with open sights. A complete 10/22 rifle or just the barrel. Can be steel or carbon fiber. Hopefully 16inches…

Who makes a front sight only for a bull barrel?  I've seen an ad for one using some type of band arrangement but can't remember where I saw it.
