I didnt know they were going after rocketry?

Morons.

I used to shoot some rockets. I even made an exact scale replica of a sidewinder missile. I went to an air show and took the measurements off of a dummy missle on an F16 at an air show. hehe

more like a surface to surface missile with a solid rocket.
some of these rockets go thousands of feet carry payloads close to 100# and travel many miles down range. i would just as soon not have them flying about.

How much do you want to bet that that Judge has the balls to throw the head of the BATFE in jail if they try that. Judges tend to take a dim view of people disregarding their rulings.

no kidding, there's only one size ABC weapon in existence and your average RC plane couldnt possibly carry it
