I was concerned because the Terrell PD thought I had posted your image.  That was the only concern.

Your affidavit was to be used to counteract Arock's lie to the PD.  It was never required by my employer.  As I said, my employer was never concerned.

The continuing mystery of your affidavit made me look like a liar, my attorney look like he was incompetent and those items added to the issue wih the PD.

Once I knew what the PD needed, since it was apparent your affidavit was never coming, I took the steps necessary to resolve the matter.

Post the reciepts for the affidavits.  Afterall, you should have at least three of them for the copies you 'sent' to me, ETH, and the PD.  Hell, maybe even six of them since you promised to resend after the first batch did not arrive.

I talked to Det. XXXXX this morning. Nice guy. I am preparing a written affidavit to be signed and notarized explaining my involvement. He asserted that you were absolved upon receipt of my letter, which will go out in the mail tomorrow. His words were, "I'm out when I get your letter." So I guess it's done then. Keep me posted.

Hey man, I really apologize for being so remiss about this. I know that it is important to you and I have not been responsive. I have been stuck working 16 hour days for the past 3 weeks covering a consltant who bailed on a client at site. I haven't hardly had time to do ANYTHING. I affirm that I will get this to you.
