I took about 18 months to do a frame-off refurbish with it...  99 point vehicle for correctness.

I love those older (but restored) military Jeeps.

Anyway I suppose I should post my humble XJ.  Not a great pic, but the best one I have:

I've been driving my Red Wrangler TJ since '97...almost has 100k on it and I'm still in love with it just as much as when I bought it.

Kind of sick now that you mention it.  I'd have to guess about 12 AR's .

I have a 95 YJ with 160K on it.

2.5 inch BDS lift, 31x10.5 BFG ATKOs.  Nice ass custom JB HD XFer case, the new Super Short SYE kit, Tom Wood's Shaft, JKS quick discos.  hardtop, softtop, and the bikini/windjammer/duster set.

I love it!  I am hoping to get out to Colorado again this fall.  Haven't done any serious off-roading in about 3 years now...

Here's an old pic.  Coming down off Imogene Pass in Colorado in Aug, 2001.

my gf's dad has a 53 Willy that I want to make into a M38A1 clone.  Myself I had a 85 cherokee sport and an 87 cherokee pioneer when I was in highschool.

Nice!  did your BDS lift soften up a bit over time?  Mine feels like the wheels are bolted to the frame!  It's only 1 day old though....
