2024's plan is to reach 50,000.

This can be met in 50 weeks, or 25.  It only depends on my efforts, and whatever you decide to do.

Strength training will be done alongside.

I'm in!  Just like last year, I won't be able to start RIGHT at the beginning (MRI tomorrow).  Anyone else thinking of joining this?  I went from being able to do MAYBE 30 pushups while well-rested, to 60 well-rested.  I would do 4-5 sets of 50/day at the end!

I think I'm finishing out today's reps at 1530 and 1540.

I might elect to do a few more this evening to get a jump on tomorrow.

The medieval torture device known as a sled was my first movement tonight.  210' in 3 down and back laps.  2nd movement was 280' pushed and pulled backwards twice.
Last movement was 3 laps pushed for 210' for a total of 700 feet.

Following the sled push-pulls, I ended up on the preacher curls.

25 reps at 45lbs
20 reps at 50lbs
15 reps at 50lbs

I finished the workout with 1 mile of walking and 1 mile of running.

Looks like I'm just about over my cold.

The last week has been rough with a persistent cough and such.

Completed 2 sets of 50 in the last few hours and that puts me at 1500 for the year.

700 feet of sled push and pull.  5 down and 5 back.

Pushups followed.

1659.  5 close grip pullups done.

I am way way way behind where I should be.

In the gym Sunday afternoon playing catch up!

Started with 3 sets of sled push pulls and one set of push down and back with my wife standing on it.

4 sets of 50 pushups coming up.

First set at 1645.  0:43.
2nd set at 1651.  0:41.
3rd set at 1658.  0:40.
4th set at 1706.  0:37.
