VERY nice! I did the same thing with guns for this year after gifting myself at Christmas with a new carbine. Told myself to hold off on any new gun purchases, but picked up a shotgun recently that was at a good price.

I have a few holy grail list guitars I always look for, all are out of my price range.
I have been buying more ammo & accessories than I have been investing in my musical gear. My arthritis doesn't allow me to play much anymore but I like to stay invested in it. If I think about it, I'd rather invest in firearms & ammo before anymore music gear. |

Looking for my first .45. Satin nickel Colt Combat Commander serial # 70SC85412 sold at a gun show in Louisville KY sometime in 1985. My Avatar, my sweet princess girly girl Maggie. Got a nice 15 years with her, miss her a lot.

I can't buy a new AV strat for what fender is asking nowadays. I bought my 54 AV in 2014 for $1500, now its $2k+. I like the vintera strat in ice blue but it's still too much for mim strat in my opinion.
