Just saw the movie and thought it was incredible. Here’s a list of everything I can remember from the film, it’s absolutely NOT an “orange man bad” movie, or a “republicans bad” movie.
It’s a “a civil war on American soil would be unimaginably horrible for everyone” movie. They went to great lengths to make the politics ambiguous, I really think they want extremists on both sides to realize that a civil war isn’t worth it. Anyway, here’s the SPOILERS for the movie that made me think it isn’t blatantly anti-Trump or anti-right. I’m on my phone so I’ll try to use spoiler tags. But damn if the action scenes don’t hit hard when they do happen. The movie is a one and done. I wasn't impressed with the premise and
Who were the reporters working for? Would a real break up have that many reporters not armed. The tactics at the end were not very smart or tactical. I wouldn't see it again. It was not democrats versus republicans. |
