I could never quite get into recordings of moog, but theres a few livestreams ive watched before where people set long format loops and just let them playout and I find those quite enjoyable.

I could see in the right setting this being an extremely soothing piece.

I got a soft spot for any artist that samples or flips a classical piece. What a great version of Copland.

Heres one (albeit alot more agressive and modern) that I feel captures the mood of night on bald mountain by stravinsky with a different touch.

Not sure if this fits in here, let me know.  I recently found this song after about 20 yrs of remembering bits and pieces of it, but not knowing the name or artist.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7VVATDBQ_kM

The backstory is that around 2002, I bought a lot of around 1000 random cds on ebay.  I was not familiar with most of them, but I would listen to some of the cds in my car cd changer, and see which ones I liked or didn't.  Well this song was on one of those cds and was possibly still in the car when I sold it in 2004.  Either that or its sitting in a box somewhere from when I cleaned out the car, or moved, or something.

I hear synthesizers so definitely good to go! Thanks for adding this, I can't imagine how many of those 1000 cd's just were not that good lol.

This one seems like its from the origins of house turning into trance.

Cool, I still have those cd's along with a few binders of club music from a dj setup from back in the day.  Just something I picked up, I was not a dj.  I really need to look at them again someday, I remember there were a lot of promo and import stuff, possibly pretty rare today.

I never really knew much of the difference in the genres of house, trance, ect.  I know there are some that I like, but not sure what they are called.

I can't even pretend to know all of them, it gets ridiculous just because of the diversity of dance music. But I just know the genres I enjoy. The genre purists will also define genres down to what BPM the song is.
