I took the class a little over a year ago, and it's absolutely the best thing I've done to improve my own skills. It helps that every time I judge an event I'm exposed to some seriously talented cooks.
My first event was a backyard, and I still think about the chicken I sampled. Absolutely incredible tastes. |
