I have a interview with Waste Management later this week and wanted to know if anyone had experience with them.

Good company.
Nice landfills.
Better than average equipment.

Edit. I don't work there.
I've hauled into their facilities many times.

I use them, my drivers have always been great and seemed to enjoy their job.

Not sure if it's company wide but the hub near me has cameras in the cab facing the driver. Supposedly one driver got wrote up for taking a drink of water while driving.

I help out at the county landfill from time to time and am around garbage trucks at their destination point. It can be a messy and stinky job but really doesn't look to be all that bad, home every night and pretty much a dedicated route.

I worked for them over 25 years ago
Good company as long as you play the political game of doing your job.
At that time if you were done with your route you could jump on another one and make more money.
They wanted the trucks off the road as soon as you could so the faster you did the route the quicker you could go home and got a bonus.
When I worked there it was a lot of in call (You went up to the house) and no toter lifts.
It was early 90s and I made 53,000 a year as a driver\helper
Free uniforms and 2 sets of boots a year
Epic Christmas parties

Get good rain gear and gloves.
