Yes.

Somewhere around 1230 or so.    I dont really max so can only go off my final working sets.

ETA:  50 y/o.  5'10", 220lbs.  3 mile run time sucks:  27-28 mins.

Nope. I'm at 900 right now.

Should be attainable by year end.

I was a seriously committed power lifter most of my military career and was well over the 1000lb mark.  But with a busted back, ruined hip and shoulder, those days are just memories now.

I do miss being able to move big weights around it was always fun.

Voted no, because I've never tried seeing what my one-rep max is for any of those lifts.

I've never put more than 3 plates on for squats or deads, and only 2 plates for bench, so my total is only 855 lbs. I do those weights for multiple reps though so I'm sure there's more in there, I just don't feel like pushing it too much and get enough of a workout from the weight I use as is.

I'd rather do another 5x set of 315 squats, than add more weight for less reps.

55 years old and about 225.  I finally met my goal of benching 300 last year after focusing on it for a fair bit.  Sadly, I can't squat that and it's questionable on the deadlift.  Yes - I am a chronic leg day skipper.

This, that shit is a young man's game.

If you're still doing 1 RM's in your 40's or 50's you're dumb and just asking to get injured.

I’ve certainly injured myself more on higher rep work than 1-3-5 reps at rpe 9 or 10. Probably fatigue and laziness with valsalva as the reps get higher.

Younger was at 180lbs, 560, squat and DL, 405 bench, all clean, natural. 60 now, no idea on max but I can do sets of 10 with 365, S and DL. I've been using the Cybex machine for incline press, the machine states the "bar" is 45 I think, usually do ascending sets of 10 with "185" then add 10 on each side for 3-4 more sets, adding 10 each time, 10 reps.

The squats are full range, meaning legal depth, no wraps or belt.
At some point I should do something different.

If you threw in lat pull downs, bar curls, and triceps the answer is absolutely when I was teenager.
Now I am old and no longer lift things up and put them down for fun.
Calories cost money, even more with today's inflation so I do not waste them unnecessarily.

I dunno, but if you're in your 50's and worried about max lifts I recommend becoming good friends with a good Orthopedic surgeon.

Same reasons you might want to run a marathon or climb a mountain. It’s good to have achievable goals.

It also makes you harder to kill and muscle mass plays a big factor in cancer survival

Damn that sucks.  Have you recovered, or are in recovery still?

I've seen a vid or two of that and had shoulder injuries, they still give me the willies one of the few vids I won't watch.

Did the Rogue 1000LB Club Challenge December 2022.  You had to get your 3 lifts done in an hour:

Bench 365
Back Squat 435
Deadlift 405

Since then I've gained strength, but haven't done maxes like that. Most recent lifts are

Bench 3x5 @ 325
Back Squat 3x5 @ 430
Deadlift 1x5 @ 455

I'm 43, 5'11" and about 290lbs
