"It's a fucking car. Don't lose your life dumbass"
"Do not lose your life over a fucking car" I'd come out blasting with my Benelli M4 and say, "You stole my lines" Curious as how that would play out in court if the homeowner did indeed come out blasting. |

Obviously I or the wife would be on the phone with 911. Her and the kid would be moving to the safe spot in the house. And knowing the setup of my house, garage, driveway, entry ways, and doors etc, I might open the large garage door (from inside) and see if the bad guys started to draw weapons and start shooting. If that happened then either my work SBR or a 7.62 rifle might come into play.

Let alone that they're saying my life has a dollar value, when it does not. Nobody's life is worth anything you can put a dollar value on. That is exactly why society should do what is reasonable to resist these types, and why we should be allowed to be equipped to do so as safely as possible. Get Active or Get Disarmed! That means get involved in helping good candidates in primary and general election. That is in addition to being politically active once they are elected.

You go outside because you heard a strange noise, whereupon you were attacked by ruffians and forced to defend yourself. |

Elevated position and fire at will.
My house is 3 stories, and they would have a very bad time, but then again it depends on which vehicle they mess with, if it's my old Porsche, I'm shooting them. |

Duuuude, multiple shitbags threanening my life while I can fire from concealment?? Yeah, as far as self-defense scenarios go, that's a uhh, golden moment to dish out what they're asking for, that's for sure.

Toss them the keys for a different car by accident and go check the mail. I wouldn't want to be viewed as escalating.

Start trying to remember what my deductible is.
Call the Police. Let the camaras do what they can. That's it. The deducible is cheaper than an Attorney. Plus, I doubt they want my 2022 Tacoma or my 2022 corolla much less my 2011 Honda Fit anyways. I won't use force unless I have no choice. |

Is the one on the passenger side carrying a pistol? He's the "wounded gazelle" of the group and should be shot first (for multiple reasons). The others would likely scatter but are harder to justify shooting (minus the one in the black hoodie closest to the house)
